XLTA® is a superabsorbent, hydrocapillary wound dressing designed to manage exudate, prepare the wound bed, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Featuring non-adherent layers on both sides, XLTA® allows atraumatic dressing changes while rapidly absorbing and securely retaining high volumes of exudate.

The dressing can be cut to fit any wound contour, retains its shape when saturated, and is available in 340gsm, 640gsm, and 750gsm. It functions as either a primary or secondary dressing and remains completely natural, unmedicated, and chemical-free.
Clinically, XLTA® absorbs exudate rapidly and maintains balanced moisture to support autolytic debridement. It helps remove slough, necrotic tissue, and bioburden while guiding the wound into healthy granulation and epithelialization.

XLTA® rapidly absorbs exudate using its lift-lock-and-hold hydrocapillary flow, distributing fluid vertically and horizontally to maintain balanced moisture and prevent pooling, creating a stable environment for natural healing.
Its positively charged fibers attract and trap negatively charged bacteria, cytokines, and MMPs, helping clear harmful elements from the wound and supporting a cleaner, healthier wound bed without chemicals.
