Executive Partners

GREG SEE

Greg is charged with overseeing the operations of our team. Greg honed his leadership and operations skills and applied his information systems acumen via 15 years of increasing managerial levels in the hospitality industry in Miami. For the past 10 years he applied this robust skillset to the healthcare arena as a C-Level executive and investor for multiple entities in the specialty pharmacy, lab and medical device sectors. In his free time, he enjoys raising his 4 boys and being creative thorough his musical passions.

NOAH SEITEL

Noah brings 15 years of healthcare experience through various roles with increasing levels of responsibility. Starting out with Covidien as a sales executive specializing in the Bariatric and Cardio-Thoracic space, he transitioned to strategic business development role via its acquisition by Medtronic. Noah’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to leave Medtronic after 11 years to found several successful ventures before joining his current partners at Total Ancillary. Noah’s current responsibilities include Strategic Business Development, Industry Partnerships and Compliance.

ALLEN MASON

Allen is a Serial Entrepreneur and Investor who has founded and grown numerous companies in the healthcare, wellness, and real estate sectors. With over 21 years in the industry, after spending 15 years leading successful teams and racking up numerous Presidents Club Awards at BrainLab and Medtronic, Allen went on to found Leap Surgical and MindSight Medical among other successful startups. He is currently an Operating Partner at Total Ancillary focused on overall Strategy, Business Development, Tissue Intermediary Operations, and Investment activities.

CHAD HERRON

Chad Herron brings 20 years of healthcare sales management and leadership experience, often building new departments and territories from scratch to award-winning levels. Chad is a multi-time President’s Club recipient and attributes his successes to discernment in hiring and relentlessly supporting his sales teams.

DAVE FRANCOLINI

Dave is a Former United States Marine turned entrepreneur and founder of Health Fairs USA which was contracted with Fortune 100 Companies to provide on-site wellness services for their employees. Went on to develop LabPharm, a network of 100+ Pharmacies responsible for filling 1mm+ prescriptions annually. He is currently an operating partner at Total Ancillary managing the Marketing Department and focused on business development.

PHIL WEBB

Chief Financial Officer
Phil works on finances, reporting, risk management, and strategic projects. He began his financial career over 20 years ago working in Dallas, Chicago, and New York for GE Capital, Fortress, and Bank of Ireland. For the past 7 years he has been in the healthcare sector as part of teams focused on the specialty pharmacy, medical device, and biologics areas. Phil joined as CFO in 2021.

JOE SMITHCO

Chief Sales Officer
Smithco is a seasoned sales executive currently serving as Chief Sales Officer at Total Ancillary, where he leads strategic sales initiatives and drives business growth in the advanced wound care sector. With extensive leadership experience, he previously played a key role in the integration of Osiris Therapeutics at Smith & Nephew, delivering impressive revenue growth and fostering high-performing teams. Joseph has held leadership positions at Fresenius Medical Care, Advanced BioHealing, and other industry-leading companies. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is known for his strategic vision and sales acumen.

GREG YAGER

Chief Commercial Officer
Greg has extensive experience and a record of success growing and transforming businesses, with over 25 years of experience in the Medical and Healthcare markets. Greg’s specialty lies within biologics from product launch to building elite sales teams who can work together to attain record setting performances. Greg has also managed independent and direct sales forces over his career and operations. Greg is an Army Veteran and visionary leader who is dedicated to advancing highly aligned environments that release the full capability of his team, organization and collaborative cultures grounded in transparency.

CARRIE OCHOA

Executive VP of Client Development
Carrie Ochoa is responsible for leading our sales teams. Carrie has been with Total Ancillary from the beginning, previously serving as Director of Client Services and Director of Business Development. Carrie joined Total Ancillary with healthcare experience in laboratory sales, vendor management and operations.

ROSE MOORE

Chief of Staff
Rose brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in business development and marketing, with more than 12 years experience in the medical device industry. She is a servant leader that has successfully developed and managed teams of 5 to 50, in varied industries. In her current capacity, Rose’s primary objective is to create a powerful marketing growth engine for Total Ancillary’s range of products and technologies.

MARC BROUGH

Sr. VP of Accounting & Finance
As SVP of Accounting & Finance, Marc brings over 17 years of dynamic financial and operational leadership to our team. With a robust background in both mature and startup environments, he has a proven track record of spearheading operational management and enhancements, financial stewardship, and accounting services across a diverse range of industries. His core competencies lie in driving team efficiency, streamlining cross-functional processes, and optimizing taxation and finance compliance frameworks for organizations of all sizes. Marc holds a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
